Terms of Service

By using CVStage you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the service.

CVStage provides AI-powered career tools including CV building, ATS analysis, cover letter generation, interview preparation, and job application tracking. We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

• •You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• •You must be at least 16 years old to use CVStage
• •One person may not maintain more than one free account

• •Free plan: limited features, no credit card required
• •Pro plan: one-time payment for 1 month ($9), 3 months ($22), 6 months ($38) or 1 year ($60) of access
• •Premium plan: one-time payment for 1 month ($19), 3 months ($44), 6 months ($75) or 1 year ($120) of access
• •Pro and Premium do not renew automatically. When your paid period ends, your account returns to the Free plan
• •Enterprise plan: $179/month, billed monthly
• •Payments are processed by ZainCash, or paid in USDT (TRC-20 cryptocurrency) where available
• •Prices may change with 30 days notice

• •After purchase, no refunds for the access period you purchased
• •There is nothing to cancel — plans do not renew, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for
• •Enterprise plans: refunds negotiated case by case
• •Crypto payments are final because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. If you send a wrong amount, contact support with your transaction ID
• •Where mandatory consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal (for example in the EU/EEA), that right is not affected. Contact support@cvstage.com

You may not:

• •Use CVStage to create false or misleading CVs
• •Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our AI systems
• •Share your account credentials with others
• •Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• •Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• •Use CVStage for any unlawful purpose

• •AI suggestions are provided as assistance only
• •You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• •CVStage does not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in employment
• •Content you create using our AI tools belongs to you

• •CVStage platform, design, and technology: owned by CVStage
• •Your CV content and data: owned by you
• •You grant CVStage a limited license to process your data to provide the service

CVStage is not liable for:

• •Loss of employment opportunities
• •Decisions made by employers based on your CV or application
• •Technical errors or service interruptions
• •Loss of data beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account Settings page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and internationally by applicable EU regulations where relevant.
