By using CVStage you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the service.

CVStage provides AI-powered career tools including CV building, ATS analysis, cover letter generation, interview preparation, and job application tracking. We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

• •You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• •You must be at least 16 years old to use CVStage
• •One person may not maintain more than one free account

• •Free plan: limited features, no credit card required
• •Pro plan: $7/month ($70/year — 2 months free), billed monthly or annually
• •Premium plan: $16/month ($160/year — 2 months free), billed monthly or annually
• •Enterprise plan: $179/month, billed monthly
• •Paid plans are not yet live — once launched, payments will be processed securely by Paddle
• •Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

• •After purchase, no refunds for the current billing period
• •Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• •Enterprise plans: refunds negotiated case by case

You may not:

• •Use CVStage to create false or misleading CVs
• •Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our AI systems
• •Share your account credentials with others
• •Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• •Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• •Use CVStage for any unlawful purpose

• •AI suggestions are provided as assistance only
• •You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• •CVStage does not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in employment
• •Content you create using our AI tools belongs to you

• •CVStage platform, design, and technology: owned by CVStage
• •Your CV content and data: owned by you
• •You grant CVStage a limited license to process your data to provide the service

CVStage is not liable for:

• •Loss of employment opportunities
• •Decisions made by employers based on your CV or application
• •Technical errors or service interruptions
• •Loss of data beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account Settings page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and internationally by applicable EU regulations where relevant.
